Happu's mother‑in‑law, Katori Devi, is having a birthday party. Rajesh asks Happu to stop the commissioner from attending, fearing her mother's fragile mental state. Happu tries to figure out how to prevent the commissioner's arrival, while some school children plan a trick. Beni and another man attempt to stop Rajeshpal from attending the party, but they face communication issues. Happu Singh, a family man, works hard as a police constable, yet all his efforts turn out futile as his life is riddled with difficulties, often leading to a comedy of errors.
