Helicopter crash caught on camera outside Michigan restaurant

A helicopter flipped and crashed during a landing attempt outside a restaurant in Clay Township, southeastern Michigan, on Sunday, June 22. Eyewitness Valerie DiBattista captured the moment on video from her backyard, showing the aircraft hovering low over the water before attempting to land. The helicopter’s skids touched down, but the tail suddenly pitched upward, causing the rotor blades to strike the ground and the aircraft to overturn. Nearby patrons rushed toward the wreckage. According to local police, all four people onboard suffered only minor injuries and were treated at the scene. No bystanders were harmed. Authorities are investigating the incident.
