Hogwarts Legacy on Switch 2 is a huge improvement over the first console with enhancements in all graphical settings. Visual improvements include lighting, textures, drawing distance, level of detail, geometry, and post‑processing. Thanks to DLSS, the dock and handheld experiences are very similar despite the low native resolution outside the dock (540p). In terms of performance, Switch 2 stays at 30 fps smoothly in both dock and handheld. Switch 2 also halves loading times, making Hogwarts Legacy the best portable version to date.
