guys um by the way i'm filming one of the different things i got a new phone right now um i got a new phone so today's video what i'm going to be doing is i'm gonna be showing you some stretches where you need to do it every single day like so basically i'm going to be teaching you how to do a cartwheel and how to do the splits and kind of how to do a round off okay so let's get started okay so first i'm going to be teaching you how to do

the splits so these are the stretches that I do every day to learn the splits so firstly go down so this is the splits but now to learn it is that what I do is I go down like this go down as far as I can and then I kind of do this and then I push myself back and then I lean like this and reach and then

You basically just repeat that on the other leg.

And then what I do is sometimes I, like, do that.

It doesn't always help, but sometimes it does.

And I'm going to do that five times.

and then the next thing the next thing is you have your legs are like this and then you reach forwards you reach to the side and then

this is my bad side okay that's that's the stretches for the splits and then you kind of just practice going into the splits and then the next thing we're going to be learning is a cartwheel okay so basically how to learn a cartwheel is kind of depends really it's kind of easy like if

you're not actually good at it, but it can be hard.

So for beginners, like how I start learning car wheel is that I was like trying to do kind of like push yourself off like this and then kind of go to and you kind of have to kick it up so like like kind of go in a handstand like you go you kind of twist when you're doing that so

And then, once you've got that, you can start learning how to kind of like, be like, sorry, that was terrible, but like kind of like, start going like that, back and straight.

And then you can start straightening your legs.

And then,

Once you've got that, you can start going with your leg bent and then, because it's easier with your leg bent, and then once you find that really easy, you can start making it look really neat.

So that is a cartwheel and then it should look like this.

this oh god again not that big and then the next trick the next trick is a round off so round off is kind of like a cartwheel but you kind of snap your legs together in the end so this is a round off hold on that's terrible

not sure if you saw it but firstly we're kind of going to do what you do with the cartwheel but you kind of want to twist your arms like this you can do it this way or this way but i am this way so so you kind of go a bit like a cartwheel but you want

push like over like this and then snap your legs so hold on let me move you back so you can see the floor so you kind of go like that so what you're gonna do for the start is you're gonna go like this and kind of start doing on that this

so like when you do it you want your arms to go off first like like as soon as you can and then you kind of like jump on your feet but that's how but it's really hard to do that when you don't do a run-up so when you're doing just normal i recommend i'd like if you can do it then that's great but it's harder like this is my me trying

that's really hard because you need lots of power and you get more power if you run so yeah but you want to like twist and then just snap your legs together so like if you like i don't know what to do in that one but like yeah you just

is you do that, practice every day, and yeah, and then you will basically have splits, oh god, splits, god, so for cartwheel, and then round off.
