How To Make Shirt Pattern

In this tutorial, we show how to create a shirt pattern by copying a kimono pattern, adding a 2 cm seam allowance on the side, extending it upward, and using the resulting line as the shirt’s seam. For shirts with a pocket, we determine the pocket height from the sleeve loop, draw the pocket line downward, sketch the lower pocket edge, and add a small crescent below the pocket. We recommend using tricot fabrics for sewing. If you want a looser fit, especially for those with a slightly larger waist, we explain a method at the end of the video.
