How to safely wear crochet tops! #crochet #crochetpatterns

Want to wear the crochet top you made but don't want your nipples showing through the holes?

There's a solution!

Buy a tank top or a basic shirt in a range of nude shades.

Place it directly over the cups of the top you made and mark roughly where the cup boundaries are with a pen.

It doesn't have to be exact, just make sure it's not too small.

If it turns out too big, you can always trim the edges.

Then cut according to the template you made.

Place the cups and check that they fit properly.

If they do, you can move on to the next step, which is pinning the covers to the cups with safety pins.

This isn't a must, but it helps.

Next, use the yarn you used for the top and start sewing the cover to the top.

It doesn't have to look pretty, as you can see, it gets the job done, that's what matters.

And that's it, your nipples are protected!
