Leaky and Broken Heavy Civil Engineering Jack Restoration In this video I am restoring a heavy civil engineering jack. I bought this jack from flea market. This jack is not usable. Some parts of this jack are broken and some are damaged. When I bought this jack, it didn't come with a handle. I started the restoration by disassembling all the parts of the jack. After disassembling all the parts of the jack, I washed all the parts with kerosene. After that, I started working on the jack cover. When I cleaned the jack cover with a wire brush, I noticed a large crack that was causing the jack to leak more. I welded the jack cover then primed and painted it.After that, I painted the parts that were going to be painted and cold bluing some parts. And repaired the parts that were broken. And to make its handle, I took an iron strip and got it milled at a lathe shop. And made a wooden handle on it and cold bluing it. After restoring all the parts, I assembled the jack. Work I do in the video and what I use . If you want to ask any question, please ask in the comment section. I read everyone's comments and try to answer. Subscribe for more of my content.
