A 53‑year‑old man from West Derby has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, driving while unfit, and dangerous driving after a car crashed into a crowd during Liverpool FC's title parade, injuring almost 50 people. Assistant Chief Constable Jenny Sims said 11 participants remain in hospital, in stable condition.
