A 21-year-old Ukrainian man, Roman Lavrynovych, has been remanded in custody after being charged with three counts of arson with intent to endanger life following fires at two properties and a car linked to UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer. Arrested in Sydenham, Lavrynovych appeared in court but entered no plea.
