Мединский назвал меморандум РФ Украине "не ультиматумом"

Delegation of the Russian Federation handed a memorandum to Ukraine, which Medinsky described as "not an ultimatum at all." The document contains demands for international recognition of Crimea, the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions as part of the Russian Federation; a prohibition on Ukraine joining military alliances; withdrawal of troops from newly acquired territories and a 30‑day ceasefire; dissolution of nationalist formations; banning the glorification of Nazism; granting the Russian language official status; ending the state of emergency; and holding elections.
