Description:

Carl volunteers to be the school's radio DJ, and is brilliant at it even without the assistance of magic. His cheek make the show a hit with the students but he goes one prank too far when he prank calls Principal Malone to tell him he's won a new car. Upset that Carl would prank him in such a way, the Principal attempts to shut down 'Montclaire on the Air', but Carl simply broadcasts from a secret location.
