At 02:26, mix the ingredients, pour in the risen yeast, start adding flour. At 03:02, knead the dough for 10 minutes, add 50–60 g of flour if necessary. At 03:48, add soft butter, knead the dough for another 10 minutes. At 04:17, add the prepared candied fruits, mix. At 05:05, transfer the dough to a bowl greased with butter, cover with film, leave for 1–1.5 hours. At 05:25, prepare the mold, lay out the risen dough, leave to rise for 30 minutes.
