New Yorkers are going to flee.

They're going to flee New York because of Zohran Mamdani.

To my liberal friends who keep saying, well, tax rates don't matter, then why is it, Sean, that everybody is leaving New York?

The main reason people are leaving New York, for example, is taxes.

New York City, unfortunately, we know friends that have moved out of there for Florida and other places.

The millionaires are leaving in great numbers.

Speaker 2

Taxpayers, the wealthy in New York, leaving.

There are thousands of people who are leaving New York.

Who would want to leave?

Well, apparently a lot of people do if they get to a point where they're taxed out.

And the rich people will leave in droves.

The quality of life here is spiraling down the convo because of Mayor de Blasio.

They will leave.

And the reality is the most affluent and the strong companies can relocate.

A lot of people I know of are thinking about moving out of New York City.

Speaker 2

We could just talk to any one of the top real estate agencies here.

It's going to be fire sale in New York.

We actually have thought about moving because the taxes are just so burdensome.

I mean, in New York, it's insane.

The millionaires in the city who, if they move out, heaven help New York City.

People are leaving New York City and New York State because of the high taxes.

You cannot continue to tax people.

Don't you see what's happening even in New York City?

They're running out of money.

Why?

Because the rich people are moving.

New York's population of millionaire earners, that has nearly doubled since 2010.

There are 34,000 New Yorkers making at least a million dollars or more.
