A Thai civilian was killed and three others seriously injured, including a 5‑year‑old boy, after Thailand clashed with its neighbour Cambodia over a long‑running border dispute. Rear Admiral Surasant Kongsiri told a news conference that there had been three serious injuries, including a five‑year‑old boy, and one death reported in the Phanom Dong Rak border community in Surin Province.
