Pancheshwar Temple Champawat Uttarakhand

Earlier, the Pandava brothers performed penance here, after which the place was named Pancheshwar Dham. From there they journeyed toward the Himalayas. The temple has now celebrated its 100th anniversary. Pancheshwar is a village development committee in Baitadi District, Mahakali Zone, western Nepal. According to the 1991 census, it had 2,951 residents and 510 houses, and it lies at the confluence of the Sarju and Kali rivers.
