Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning by mixing 50 g of rice or apple vinegar, 50 g of sugar, and 5 g of salt, then pour it over the rice and let it cool. Lay a sheet of nori on a board, spread the rice so that 2 cm of the bottom edge sticks out and the top edge stays 2 cm short of the end. Add cream cheese, shrimp, salmon, snow crab, avocado, and cucumber, then roll tightly, pressing firmly. Slice the roll into eight pieces and serve with soy sauce. Enjoy!
