Hello, I'm Sabrina Carpenter and I'm getting ready for the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Come on in, guys.

Literally.

It's like literally T-Pain's birthday party or something downstairs.

It's so loud.

There's just this rager happening.

We sort of think that maybe it's just the restaurant at this hotel, and they just happen to go harder than every other restaurant at every other hotel in Los Angeles.

So that's what's happening.

That's not my playlist, and I don't claim whatever song is playing right now.

I quite literally just got off a plane from Singapore a few hours ago, so I would say that I'm in a good mental state right now, but I'm actually just not truly a person.

Once I put on my dress, all my problems will go away or something like that.

I'm so excited for tonight.

I have been to this party once before last year and I had so much fun and I got to reunite with so many of my friends.

And I don't get out much because I've been on tour for about a year or something.

So it'll be nice to be a young girl again.

That'll be a fun thing, be able to socialize.

My snacks of choice are usually a hummus and pita bowl.

If there's vegetables, crudités, if you will, even better.

But I really love french fries always.

I don't know, I do get nervous sometimes before I carpet, so I feel like if I eat too much, I feel a little crazy.

But I was gonna feel crazy anyways, because I don't know where I am right now.

At least they're here with me.

I know they're quiet.

I tell them not to speak when I'm in the room.

But they're...

people I love very much and they make me feel a lot better.

Yeah, you just gotta tell by my voice, it's like masked singer, but it's just like, I'm not singing.

Maybe that's what offends me the most is like family members being like, I swear this is you.

I don't know, ritual-wise, I just try to listen to fun music when I'm in the car.

As far as meditation or yoga, I do kind of Pilates in my everyday life when I'm home.

If anything, it's these spoons.

which I put in the freezer and I put on my eyes to make them open up.

Because when you're so jet lagged, your eyes sometimes actually just close on you.

Even when I'm on tour and I'm really tired before a show, I'll put frozen spoons on my eyes as well and it feels really good.

Not to sound like that guy, but I've started to do ice baths, we've started to do ice baths on tour and that's been a really like,

It's been a really new thing that I'm obsessed with.

Tonight's vibe is like 90s Claudia Schiffer, lots of body and voluminous blowout vibes.

I feel like it fits the dress really well.

The dress feels very like modern but also very classic and it's really nice when your hair can kind of just like feel lived in, especially when you're going to a party because it makes it a lot easier.

This is Carolina, and Carolina does my makeup and makes me look and feel like a princess.

Well, I wanted to give it a little bit of smolder in the eye, but honestly, Sabrina always knows what she wants.

She's really good with just pulling her inspo's, and then it's just my translation of that.

I'm wearing custom Tory Burch.

which I'm very excited about.

It's a very beautiful dress.

It's sheer and the top is like this more like crocodile-ish type fabric.

I don't know how flexible I'll be in it.

Probably not very.

If we're so very lucky, there will be a dance floor started.

I think sometimes you gotta, I'm not the person that starts it, but I'm the person that will be on it when it is started.

A lot of people can't navigate heels the way that I can.

I've been very blessed in my life.

I do everything in heels, so that's not usually a problem for me.

But I feel like I've been a girl before, I still am, and I know how badly your shoes hurt.

So that's kind of a lot of the time why I feel like my friends won't dance.

They're like, my feet hurt.

I'm like, should've worn platforms.
