Sean “Diddy” Combs confirmed he will not testify in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial, telling the judge he made the decision after thorough discussion with his lawyers. The prosecution rested after six weeks of testimony from 34 witnesses, including two ex-girlfriends who said they were coerced into sex acts at so-called “freak-offs.” Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, has remained jailed without bail. The defense rested without calling witnesses, and closing arguments are set for Thursday, the Associated Press has reported. The judge will later decide on defense motions to dismiss the charges. read more: 👍 Like this video to help keep attention on this major case involving powerful public figures. 💬 Do you think justice will be served in this trial?
