Vedat’s complaint leads to Tahir being arrested for kidnapping and assault. Tahir keeps silent about why he didn’t pull the trigger and tries to keep Nefes away from him. However, Nefes’s hope causes Tahir’s stubbornness to break. Vedat uses Tahir’s captivity to his advantage, gathering witnesses for an upcoming custody case. After securing his moves for the custody case, he offers Nefes: ‘Come, let Tahir be freed.’ Nefes is crushed under Tahir’s captivity and Vedat’s pressure, but the thing that will truly destroy him is a big secret from his past that will surface.
