Serial Ghahve Talkh is a historical comedy series directed by Mehran Modiri and produced by Majid Aqaghlian and Hamid Aqaghlian. The screenplay was written by Amir Mehdi Zole and Khoshyar Alvand, and the show features 35 main actors, including Modiri himself, Sahar Jafari Jozani, Siamak Ansari, and others. It premiered weekly on 23 Shahrivar 1389 and was released in 34 sets of 102 episodes, becoming the most successful and best‑selling home‑media series of its time. The story follows Niama Zand Karimi, a history teacher who discovers missing pages of history, drinks a special coffee, and is transported to another era where he lives among the people of that time, marries the grandmother of Roya Khaneh—whom he once loved—and works to alter history to prevent the attack of Mohammad Khan Qajar.
