Serial Ghahve Talkh is a historical comedy series directed by Mehran Modiri and produced by Majid Aqagoli and Hamid Aqagoli, which premiered on 23 Shahrivar 1389 and was distributed weekly on home media. The screenplay was written by Amir Mehdi Zole and Khoshyar Alvand. Modiri, known for successful series such as Power Chain, Dot Chain, Shab-e Barreh, Bagh Mozafar, and Mard Hezar Chehre, presents this show as one of his best historical works. The series, featuring 35 main actors, was released in sets of CDs/DVDs and totaled 102 episodes, becoming the most successful and best‑selling home media series. The plot follows Nima Zand Karimi, a history teacher who, while searching for missing pages of history, drinks a coffee and travels to another time, where he lives with people of that era, marries his childhood love, and attempts to prevent the attack of Mohammad Khan Qajar.
