A brownie with a thin, shiny top. Chocolate and cocoa use good quality ingredients to achieve delicious results. I used 64% chocolate. The finished brownies are fantastic when refrigerated and eaten. Brownies are easy to make at home. It's fun because there are fewer failures. Have a good time.
