After a severe accident, Max is hospitalized when his car falls off a cliff into Yanis Lake, one of the continent’s coldest lakes. He remains in a coma while his wife Olga is missing, possibly having been with him during the crash. Meanwhile, a strange night nurse named Vika tends to Max, chatting with comatose patients as if she were falling in love with each one.
