To build triceps mass with bodyweight, you must overload the muscles. Many people perform diamond pushups, but because the movement also activates the chest, they can do too many reps without stimulating the triceps enough. By removing the horizontal adduction component of the diamond pushup, you can create a more effective triceps exercise—the tiger pushup. This video demonstrates how to use only your body weight and improvised equipment to target the triceps, and recommends selecting at least four exercises from the routine and performing them twice a week.
