Russia reported intercepting at least 143 Ukrainian drones between Wednesday night and Thursday afternoon, marking one of Ukraine’s largest drone attacks since July 11. Drones were downed across 11 Russian regions and annexed Crimea, with several intercepted near Moscow. Drone strikes caused injuries and fatalities in the Belgorod, Voronezh, Smolensk, and Kaluga regions. Ukraine said Russia also launched 64 drones overnight, with 23 hitting targets. Both sides have ramped up drone warfare amid stalled ceasefire efforts, ABC News has reported.
