Using MAKFA instant porridge, I quickly prepared a cottage cheese casserole with oat flakes, berries, and a touch of butter, sugar, and salt. I mixed the instant porridge with warm milk, whisked eggs into a fluffy foam, and blended the mixture with cottage cheese and cherries. The batter was poured into a butter‑greased pan and baked at 200 °C for 20 minutes, then finished with an additional 10–15 minutes after piercing it with a skewer. The result was a moist, flavorful casserole that showcases how versatile instant porridge can be, even as a base for smoothies.
