Wario Land 3: Part 86: Forest of Fear (Blue Chest)

In the Forest of Fear level, Wario obtains a bottle of Demon's Blood from the Green Chest in The Warped Void, which he uses on graves to resurrect the dead. He must navigate to a room with zombies, avoid spiked balls guarding the Blue Key, and use Zombie Wario to pass through them. After retrieving the Blue Chest, he gets a Blue Key Card, which, along with the Red Key Card, allows him to open a shaft in The Warped Void to access blue collectibles.
