A nice gentle walk around Wherwell, a delightful village located in Hampshire, England. Situated on the River Test, it boasts a rich history, scenic countryside, and a charming atmosphere. Wherwell's history dates back to Saxon times. It was originally called "Werewell," which means "the spring of a man called Wihtred." Wherwell boasts a picturesque setting, with thatched cottages, historic buildings, and scenic views of the surrounding countryside.
