A John Carpenter game is where you win the Million Dollars in any Who Wants to Be a Millionaire video game without using a single lifeline. The Real Cash Prize Edition was the 5th edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire games released in the UK. The gameplay is nearly identical to the Family Entertainment Edition, with the lone exceptions being the addition of the Switch Lifeline as well as brand new soundbyte/video question at both the 2,000 and 64,000 pound question. The drawing for the real cash prizes (5 1,000 pound winners and 1 10,000 pound winner) is no longer active, as the draw ended on April 30th, 2008.
