I've just sandblasted the whole frame now, plugged up all the threads, and it's now being outgassed in the oven, ready to be powder-coated.

Alright guys, so the H2 build's come a long way now.

Everyone's been working hard to get this bike built.

Adam's sorted out all the wire and loom.

He's fabricated up some hard water like pipes.

All the powder coat's been done and the bike's starting to go together now.

All the loom and the accelerators have all been placed up here.

We've made some proper brackets for them.

Looking good.

The bike's actually been started up today so we're moving forward.

So obviously we're at the stage now where we need to test fit the plastics on the H2, make sure everything fits sweet around the plenum and make sure we haven't got to do a custom fuel tank cover.

So just in process of doing that now.

So the H2 is now off the bench onto the garage floor.

We're now ready to start fabricating the exhaust up.

Like I said about DMO's bike with the H2 and the DMO's R1M turbo, we're going with a matte graphic setup.

So yeah, we're just trying to match the color to the candy as best we can.

Okay, so most of our Superquad builds, we normally go for a carbon aquaponic exhaust system, but we're switching up a bit with the H2 build, and we're going with these SC Project carbon ink cans.

That's crazy.

see here custom r1m rear shocks that's the dmo set up there that's the best riding position bit ever i've got some other quads as well and uh elkers as well but he's set up here for the super quad the front end to stay solid

It's a bit mad because these love cleaning the road after a night out and they want no flicking of water in the puddle I'm not sure that the tarp is on
