Yekaterinburg: WWII Medical Train and New Museum Exhibitions. PART II

In this episode, we explore Yekaterinburg without filters and discover unique historical treasures. We visit an authentic World War II medical train, featuring original 1940s cars with restored interiors such as an operating room, dressing room, patient bunks, and the daily life of nurses. Genuine artifacts on display include newspapers from 1945, books, medical equipment, and household details that recreate the wartime atmosphere. For me, this exhibition is personal: my grandmother worked on trains just like this. We also see the new Jawa motorcycle stand, showcasing the evolution of the iconic brand from the very first 1930s models to rare machines with water cooling and shaft drive, presented clearly and beautifully.
