EU wants to 'accelerate' strategic metals partnership with Greenland: Macron | AFP

The European Union wants to "accelerate implementation" of a partnership with Greenland on strategic metals, says French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to the Arctic island. "European Union is ready to accelerate and deliver concrete results in energy and low‑carbon energy (...) and critical minerals in rare earths," says the French leader during a joint press conference with Danish PM Mette Frederiksen and Greenland's PM Jens‑Frederik Nielsen.
