Happu Singh is a family man who works hard as a police constable, but his efforts are futile as his life is riddled with difficulties, often leading to a comedy of errors. Happu and Beni hide Manohar under a cot. Malaika suspects something is in a carpet that Happu and Beni are carrying. At the police station, Happu forces Manohar to make barfi by dunking his head in water. Happu's children give their teacher barfi, and she forgives their lateness.
