The growing popularity of kids content such as Cash and Nico on YouTube has given the opportunity for degenerate individuals to take advantage of kids through new loopholes in COPPA and the FTC's content regulations. This issue has gone under the radar for some time now while gaining millions of views generating millions of dollars, and could mark the return of Elsagate in addition to causing major legal problems for YouTube. In this video I take a closer look at the content these channels produce and how they abuse technicalities to avoid being taken down, as well as the negative implications that this generation of children will face as collateral. This is a very serious issue that needs more attention until YouTube takes action against it.
