700R4 Build Strategy for Mild to Moderate Performance Applications

I share and discuss GM 700R4 build strategies for mild to moderate performance applications, which I define as any vehicle that has an engine making ~500 HP or less and is largely used within the confines of its design and engineering limits. Much of what I cover here will be applicable for stock applications as well; in fact, the only things not critically necessary for stock are the Alto power pack and a few specialized Sonnax bushings. I touch on parts selection, key considerations, and tips and pointers to get the most out of your rebuild. I don't get into the valve body too much, as I already have videos dedicated to 700R4 valve body mods, tips, and tricks.
