Can a Ketogenic Diet Help Treat Parkinson’s Disease? Speaking as someone who completed a PhD on this topic, I answer “Yes.” In this video I explain why I believe a ketogenic diet can benefit Parkinson’s patients, review the underlying mechanisms and human trials, and give practical advice on how to start the diet.
