Dramatic footage shows the semi-truck appearing to hydroplane as it came down Highway 6 onto Riverside Drive, close to the Iowa Avenue Bridge. The semi then crosses over opposing lanes of traffic, almost striking another vehicle, before barreling down off the side of the road.
