This video shows how to make a refreshing cucumber and tomato salad with peppers, herbs, and yogurt dressing. The ingredients include 6 kg of tomatoes, 6 kg of cucumbers, 10–12 bell peppers, 4 bunches of dill, 4 heads of garlic, 400 ml of yogurt, 6 teaspoons of salt, 200 g of sugar, 2 teaspoons of 10 % vinegar, 10–15 black peppercorns, and optional paprika. The cooking process involves boiling the tomatoes for 10–15 minutes, then boiling the cucumbers for another 10–15 minutes, and finally letting the mixture cool before serving.
