Cyborg 009 (Sega CD) - Playthrough

AniMay zips along, this time we're playing games based on 60s manga classic, Cyborg 009. The first of our Cyborg 009 double feature is on the Sega CD and brought to us by the duo of Riot and Telenet Japan. Just like Valis, this game uses the CD for wonderful pixel anime cutscenes. Lots of talking interspersed with some brisk but simple gameplay. The game is a simple run and gun with the addition of 009's special power being his super speed. This lets you rocket across the screen, hit big jumps, and avoid damage. Honestly this game is pretty slight but I enjoyed the whole thing.
