This video shows how to make fried potatoes with mushrooms, a simple and tasty dish. The recipe calls for 600 g of young potatoes, 300 g of oyster mushrooms, an onion, thyme, butter, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. The mushrooms are washed, chopped and sautéed with butter and thyme, then the onion is added and cooked until golden. Meanwhile, the potatoes are cut into quarters, fried in oil with a lid for 10 minutes, then finished without the lid for another 10–15 minutes until golden. Finally, the cooked potatoes are mixed with the mushrooms, seasoned, and served. The video also briefly mentions quick low‑salted tomato and cucumber salads that can be made in a bag.
