This video demonstrates how to prepare crumb potatoes with a variety of fillings. The potatoes are thoroughly washed, wrapped in foil, and baked at 180 °C for 60–90 minutes, depending on their size. While the potatoes cook, several fillings are prepared: a vegetable mix of pickled mushrooms, cucumbers, onion, and sour cream; a mustard sauce with sausages; a ham‑and‑cheese blend; and a red fish with cottage cheese. Once the potatoes are done, they are split in half, lightly mashed, and topped with a butter‑dill‑cheddar base and two tablespoons of the chosen filling.
