This video shows how to make a simple, gluten‑free oat bread that tastes as good as traditional wheat bread. The recipe starts by grinding 360 g of oats into flour, then mixing the oat flour with 10 g of dry yeast, a teaspoon of salt, 500 ml of warm water, and 30 ml of vegetable oil to form a smooth dough. The dough is left to rise for 20 minutes, then poured into a greased pan, topped with sesame and sunflower seeds, and allowed to rise again for another 20 minutes. After preheating the oven to 180 °C, the bread bakes for 50 minutes until golden. Once cooled, it can be sliced and enjoyed as a healthy breakfast or snack.
