A man walks through the ruins of an ancient settlement, passing primitive stone steps and watching three men on horses ascend them. The footage captures the aftermath of Alexander the Great's destruction of Persepolis, as described in the narration. Tourists wander among towering statues and columns of the great Temple of Jupiter, observing unique carvings.
