I use Alize Lanagold yarn (240 m/100 g, 49 % wool, 51 % acrylic, color #62), a #5 hook, a marker or pin, and a large‑eyed needle. I show how to knit the elastic set edge, the heel, the toe, and how to adjust for different foot sizes. I also explain how to change the thread.
