Relatives of El Chapo enter US as part of ‘negotiation,’ Mexico’s security secretary says

Several relatives of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán have entered the United States as part of negotiations linked to a plea deal involving his son, Ovidio Guzmán López, according to Mexico’s Security Secretary.
