The batter is baked at 180 °C for about 12 minutes, and while still hot the cake is rolled and cooled. A caramel sauce is prepared by melting sugar until it turns amber, then adding butter, cream, and a pinch of salt, cooking for two minutes before cooling and mixing in roasted peanuts. The cream is whisked from cream cheese, cream, and powdered sugar until smooth. The rolled cake is unrolled, spread with the peanut‑caramel, then with the cream, and rolled again. A chocolate glaze is melted with oil, combined with peanuts, and poured over the roll. The finished roll is chilled for two hours, sliced, and served. The crunchy peanuts, salty caramel, and silky cream make this roll simply incredible!
