Easy SSL Certificate for Your Lab Tutorial

I want to configure Active Directory Federation Services or ADFS using Azure AD Connect setup. This is something I have not done yet. But right out of the gate I find that I need an SSL certificate. Watch as I quickly create a suitable certificate for my lab environment. I show how to copy and paste the certificate between local stores on the machines.
