Efsun, a dermatologist living with her father on a farm in Gaziantep, receives shocking news that her estranged mother, a leading aesthetic surgeon in Istanbul, is dying and wants her to join the clinic. She travels to Istanbul, only to discover that her mother, the owner of the city’s largest aesthetic clinic, pressures her to work there. Adding to the drama, Emir, the charismatic surgeon and son of the clinic’s partner Kaya Bey, mistakenly believes Efsun intends to seize the clinic and confronts her, while the two young men are neighbors in the company’s lodge.
