Why Is Silver Surging?

Silver’s record-breaking rally is being supported by swelling physical demand combined with speculative interest in a relatively illiquid market, with signs that buyers in China are leading the drive. US natural gas declined in thin trading as forecasts shifted warmer, partly retreating from the past week’s historic rally as freezing temperatures pushed up heating demand across the country and disrupted supplies.
