Hi everyone, I'm Mehdi and today I'm here to guide you through using a manual breast pump for milk expression.

Let's get started.

Here's the breast pump.

You'll notice it has a comfortable

handle and a wide flange designed to fit snugly against the breast.

The milk container is detachable which makes it easy to store and it's made from safe plastic that can be sterilized after each use.

Now let's go through the process.

First, I'll position the flange on my breast, ensuring it covers the nipple completely.

Then I'll gently squeeze the handle, creating a smooth pumping motion.

Look at that, milk is starting to flow into the container.

It's important to take your time.

and let the milk flow naturally.

You can hear how quietly it operates, making it easy to express just the right amount of milk in no time.

And here's the result!

The container is already partially filled with milk.

I can either feed my baby directly or transfer the milk into a sterile container for later use.
